Although I did check his temp every hour until I went to bed at 10:00, we got him up about 10 because it was 103. He was a little out of sorts...that is...until he saw the Pedialite Popsicle. He wouldn't touch them earlier in the day (along with water, juice, formula, food, or my boobs) so I was thrilled that he wanted it. He ate two and drank a bunch of water, but still wouldn't nurse. We were satisfied with that little fluid intake and put him back to bed with PJs half unbuttoned, no blankets, lots of hugs and kisses, and no meds. Checked on him a couple of times through the night and his temp was only around 102 so we slept sound.
This first time parenting can be nauseating, can't it? Both to the parents and to the listeners (i.e. readers!) Well, you are just going to have to deal with your nausea because I am sure you all went through it with your first(s) so now it is OUR turn. Ha, Ha, Ha!

Glad things are turning for the better!
yeah, when you have your second, third or fourth child, they'll be running across the street without looking and you'll be yelling "good luck!" (kidding). You get more relaxed with the second, once you've been through the first. Glad things are better
I mean seriously!!... could things seem more stressful! I hope the little man is feeling better soon, cause it just puts all of you in an uncomfortable zone, you know? thinking of you!
