We went to a
crawfish/shrimp boil Saturday at a Fire House. For those of you Northerners who don't know what a
crawfish or a crawdad is, we call them Crayfish. And Boil is pronounced "bowl" or "
boal", not "Boy-
yal." Same with oil and tin foil. Yes, they eat cray fish down here. Anyways you throw corn on the cob, onions,
potatoes, and
Cajun seasonings in a big pot, boil em' then add yer crawdads and scrimp. It is a good meal...minus the crawdads.

I have had some experience with hot bowled peanuts, but nothing as worldly as bowled crawfish... sounds classy =)

We have the Low Country Boil here. Instead of crayfish, it's shrimp. Pretty tasty!
I second the shrimp thing. No to Crawfish. Chris can do a fantastic version!!!
