Congratulations to Mr. B on his first house flip! It is officially SOLD as of 4:00pm today! All of the blood, sweat, and tears has finally paid off! From our first "buyer" in September to our real buyer today, it has been a long road. We are glad it is over!! I am so proud of my hard working man!
